Town Council budget workshop

The Winthrop Town Council will conduct a budget workshop at 6 PM Monday, May 13, at the Town Office, 17 Highland Ave. This is the third meeting in a series of budget workshops. The third workshop will cover library, codes and planning, assessing and recreation, and will also provide an update on the school budget and ambulance revenue. Additionally, the capital improvement plan will be reviewed.
The Council will hold an Executive Session – 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(A) personnel matters, prior to the budget workshop, beginning at 5:15 PM.
The budget workshop is open to the public. Citizens may attend in person or remotely; a Zoom link is included at the top of the agenda, which is posted below. The agenda includes hot links to background materials.
